About Provider
The AO Foundation is a non-profit organisation based in Switzerland, dedicated to the advancement of the care of those suffering from musculoskeletal injury and disease. AOUKI is a national section of the parent foundation and is a registered UK charity.
The Chairman and Vice Chairman of AOUK administer the charity on behalf of its membership by a Board of Management. The governance and structure of AOUK are defined by its Constitution. The Board has representatives from the Board of Trustees of the AO Foundation, and from the Specialty Sections of AOUK.
AOUKI conducts educational activities in the form of combinations of lectures, skills workshops and discussion groups, which have established AOUKI as a world leader in surgical education.
