For more than 30 years, our dedicated PLS Team has provided a free and confidential helpline, email, webchat service, and Facebook Community available every day of the year. We support pet owners and veterinary teams in helping clients who are struggling to cope with the loss of a much-loved pet. This depth of experience and understanding has enabled us to develop award-winning online pet loss training for veterinary surgeons and their teams across the UK, encompassing both small animal and equine practice. We are also frequently invited to deliver keynote presentations and contribute to professional events within the sector.

We work in partnership with leading universities and research collaborators in the UK and overseas, contributing to ongoing education and the advancement of knowledge in the field of pet bereavement support. When it comes to pet loss in any form — whether through death, enforced separation, or theft — we are widely recognised for our expertise and specialist guidance for both owners and veterinary professionals.
