UniVets Global

UniVets Global is a training company for vets founded by BVA Young Vet of the Year Award Finalist Andreia Dias (MRCVS DVM MSc ISFMAdvCertFB) in 2022 following the work of Dr Luis Sainz-Pardo (MRCVS).

UniVets Global was created to improve the confidence and skills level of practising veterinarians. Our mission is to give vets the skills and knowledge they need to trust themselves, become better professionals and enjoy what they do.

UniVets Global specialises in training hands-on skills. Our in-person courses are based on a 4-step methodology that translates to intense dedication to a unique skill and learning by practical application + ongoing feedback and mentoring in a dedicated and safe environment. We provide a unique group experience that lets you connect with peers and industry experts.

Our in-person courses, the Academies, are an outstanding opportunity for locum vets who want to learn a new skills and offer it to the practices they visit or those that want to start a new business such as peripatetic ultrasound. Of course, for employed vets, these new skills allow for better career opportunities or a salary rise. For employers, our Academies translate to increased skill levels inhouse and the ability of offering more services, such as echocardiography, increasing practice revenue.

As part of our Academies, we provide a hassle-free experinece and offer meals and accommodation. We provide our delegates with a live online portal for CE/CPD, study resources with professional material, access to our training facilities and live animals for our trainings.

To deliver our in-person Academies, we partner with training centres in Portugal, near Lisbon, and in Romenia, near Bucharest.
