In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing world, veterinary teams are navigating unprecedented challenges. Working virtually and often distanced from clients means that delivering exceptional customer service is more important than ever. Going the extra mile can truly make a difference for pet owners and your practice.
Pet loss is a deeply emotional experience, and with the ongoing cost-of-living crisis, many owners are facing this struggle in difficult circumstances. Providing effective support can significantly impact client retention and overall practice well-being.
Join us for an engaging and essential 5-hour CPD training workshop, available on multiple dates. This workshop will provide you and your team with a fresh perspective on pet loss and grief in today's landscape. We’ll equip you with practical tools and techniques to confidently support your clients through tough times, covering vital topics like quality of life, euthanasia, and self-care. Let’s enhance your practice’s ability to provide compassionate care when it matters most.
The sessions will also provide excellent networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities through an invaluable Q&A session and case study discussion.
